Place laundry in washing machine together with the laundry ball and close the lid.
One laundry ball is good enough for up to 3 kg of laundry (dry weight). If the load is heavier, just add one more laundry ball. Only fill the machine to three-quarter capactity, as the laundry ball must be able to freely circulate and move through the wash load.
Select your normal washing cycle but do not set to "low water". Use dryer balls in your dryer (if you use one).
This laundry ball works fine in cold or lukewarm water, but do not set temperature higher than 60 degrees Celsius. If you have badly soiled clothing, soak them together with the laundry ball for 15 minutes. Alternatively, use a stain remover stick before starting the washing machine.
Leave the laundry ball inside the washing machine until the whole wash-rinse-spin cycle has finished.
Take out the laundry ball if you run a tumble dry cycle.
When not in use, store the laundry ball at moderate temperature. For best results, rinse the laundry ball under running water once a month and place under the sun to dry.
This laundry ball does not contain any bleach or optical whitener--for a sparkling white wash, add a small amount of non-cholrine bleach or baking soda to your wash.
