Colourful Mini-Peppers Chocolate Brown, Sweet Cherry Red, & Sun Orange

Miniature bell sweet peppers are part of the nightshade family. They start out green and will then ripen to yellow, orange, red, or other more exotic colours. Peppers are incredibly versatile - they can be sauteed, steamed, stuffed, pickled, roasted int he oven, charred or eaten raw.

This kit contains 3 heirloom varieties of mini-peppers. The incredible colour of the chocolate brown variety comes from a purple skin overlaying a sweet brick red flesh.
