Coriander: It adds a citrusy flavour to dips, chutneys, salads, stews, stir-fries and guacamole.
Cumin: It enlivens chilies, curries, chutney, grills--especially lamb--and chicken dishes. Can be used to spice up plain rice, beans and some cakes.
Fenugreek (Curry): It is used by nursing mothers to stimulate milk supply.
