During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal, and (from time to time) cheque. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you, and if paying by cheque (including PayPal cheque), allow 7-14 days for the cheque to clear, at which point your order will be processed and shipped (for more on payment processing, please see end of page).
Cheques must be in Canadian funds and should be made payable to Grassroots Inc. Please send funds to 372 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M4K 1N8. Do not mail cash. Generally we accept cheques for commercial orders.
In the event of a discrepancy between Grassroots' website and actual prices, we reserve the right to make corrections. You will be notified of any changes.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Please note that we reserve the right to correct shipping charges should our estimate software experience problems. If this should be the case, we will notify you of any changes to ensure that you would still like to place the order.

Taxes are calculated based on where products are shipped to, not where they are ordered from. Canadian customers orders products to be shipped to the United States are not subject to Canadian taxes.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
Credit Card: When your order is placed, your card is pre-authorized, we charge your card when order ships (this ensures you are charged correctly, in case any items are out of stock etc).
Orders paid by PayPal will see the amount deducted from their balance immediately. We will refund you in the event of out stock items, etc.
